At Forged Mindset, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

✅ Returns Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Items returned without original packaging
Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Items returned after the 14-day return period

🔁 How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Reason for return
Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival
We will provide return instructions after your request is approved

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will offer:
A replacement or
A full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank or payment account again
Contact your card issuer or payment provider

📦 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
